These one-on-one sessions are done remotely by phone or email. Dr. Skaates will guide you through the process, identify trapped emotions, and release them. After the session, you’ll receive a brief summary of what was cleared and what to expect next.

A Heart Wall is an energetic barrier made of trapped emotions that can form around the heart—often due to past emotional pain or trauma. If you’ve been feeling emotionally closed off or stuck, the Heart Wall Package is designed to gently clear this over multiple sessions.
